By participating in any Online Class offered through www.marinaflows.com’s website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Physical Activity Notice - Online classes, including but not limited to Yoga and The Non-Linear Movement Method® Sessions, involve physical activities that may include stretching, movement, and other exercises. As with any physical activity, there is a risk of injury. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are in good physical condition and able to participate in these activities. If you have any health concerns, please consult with a medical professional before participating.
2. Assumption of Risk - By participating in any online class, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of injury, illness, or aggravation of preexisting conditions.
3. Personal Responsibility - Participants are responsible for monitoring their own condition during the classes and should immediately stop any activity that causes discomfort or pain. You agree to inform the teacher of any relevant medical conditions or limitations before the class begins.
4. Release of Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless www.marinaflows.com, its teachers, affiliates, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation in these classes. This release includes, without limitation, any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur due to negligence or any other cause.
5. Indemnification - You agree to indemnify and hold www.marinaflows.com and its representatives harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation in the classes.
6. Emergency Situations - In the event of an emergency, teachers are authorized to seek medical assistance on your behalf. You agree to bear any costs associated with such emergency medical care.
7. Photographic and Video Release - By participating in online classes, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the teacher prior to the start of the class or simply remain off camera during our virtual classes.
