NLMM® is facilitated on a mat or blanket, and it can be practiced at any age, fitness and mobility level. All you need is a quiet private area for practice, access to zoom and audio, a yoga mat or something similar, and comfortable clothing that you can move in.
Marina will guide you through the practice, encouraging you to follow your body’s sensations into an organic self-exploration and unfolding of movement — with a backdrop of thoughtfully selected music to enhance the experience. This practice supports nervous system balance, it helps to release tension, build inner safety, and awaken pleasure sensation and vitality within the body.
